Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. Nothing to report EXCEPT hours of tidying
BOB: Glad you managed to get some riding in. I was frustrated with your doctor's office for starting the IV and giving meds before checking to make sure the bone biopsy would actually take place! UGH! That said...hooray for no more biopsies for awhile!
