⭐ No Excuses ⭐
* This is a daily thread for those who want to live by the philosophy that you CAN be ON PLAN EVERY DAY, whether you are doing SFT or counting points for ALL foods! * You aren't doing this to brag; you are doing it for YOU! Because YOU are WORTH IT and because WW has made this totally DOABLE! * WW gives you a lot of freedom and a LOT of options that make it quite possible to live this lifestyle EVERY DAY. * You know that this philosophy keeps you on the straight and narrow. * Ifyou give yourself an excuse to go off plan today, there will ALWAYS be another excuse tomorrow. * SO, there are NO EXCUSES!!! * This is your LIFESTYLE and it is a lifestyle you enjoy and you live it daily. * Hopefully your participation here will not only inspire YOU but will inspire OTHERS too! YES, you CAN

Never let a stumble in the road be the end of the journey.

I like this one...simplified it is like those who say "KOKO" (keep on keeping on) or "hitting the reset button" or other similar comments.
BOB: Glad the biopsy was determined unneeded
KAREN: hope work is okay, you are staying hydrated and any aches and pains from so many steps in NY are fading away.

I'm a mess! It's rained here like every day which isn't good for people with joint issues. P/T last Monday was great but not so yesterday. Woke with a headache today but survived going back to work! Still lots to catch up on. KOKO! I will.
Great news Bob!

Amen. In my first marathon I stumbled over an "imaginary object" at about mile 18. Just went flying. Went back a couple of steps to see what was in my path and couldn't even see a projecting crystal of a pebble in the asphalt. Shrugged my shoulders and just soldiered on to the end.
Yeah sometimes all you can do is KOKO. I will admit that after doing a couple of marathons running I decided it really wasn't fun. I would much rather ride 100 miles on a bike than run 26.2mi . I have suffered on 200 mile one day bike rides but still it was better than doing the running stuff for the most part.

Well at least you did them Bob. Impressive! However did you get up and finish? I can't imagine that scenario when walking seems to challenge me lately!
