Up 0.8 lbs this morning. I guess I have to buckle down? Yep... When I was in losing mode any gain under 1 lb was a win.In fact my first year I only lost 2 weeks out of each month.I would maintain one week and gain the other. So you know the drill.KOKO and this happens to all of us.You have this down.

fullmahina , you and me make 3! We both need to behave ourselves. I need to get to the gym. Garden chores took precedence today as decent gardening days seem to be rarities here. Last week was the pup's spaying and I stayed inside for days keeping her away from her incision line. Not sure how many FitPoints keeping a puppy from tearing open her surgical site is but apparently it was not enough. I was doing heavy gardening for three hours today so that should count for something. Hacking down big shrubs, hauling stuff, digging, weeding, sweeping, preparing planting beds, etc etc etc. Still more to do, hoping it adds up to a loss next week!

Again, you inspire me Becky!! Except for the first week or two of being on a plan (any plan) I lose an average of .5 to 1 pound per week. So much tougher as we get older, too. But it is what it is. I actually thought I gained a little more than 0.8 and was secretly pleased that it was only that. Don't want to do that every week, of course, but I am letting it go and keepin' on. I am finding that I am enjoying this meeting leader and group. No cliques, no side conversations, and so many who are struggling and honest about it. No "stars." There are Lifetimers there too but they freely admit how hard it was, how slowly they lost, and how challenging keeping the weight off is.

fullmahina It will get easier some weeks but for most of us I think it's a daily struggle.Maintenance hasn't been a picnic either but as long as I KOKO I figure at least I'm not gaining it all back this time.

I'm still battling that stupid pound that keeps bouncing back. One of these days I am going to beat it into submission. I have been a lazy tracker these past few months. I'm not sure how I got out of the habit, but it's so important to me to track faithfully in order to lose weight. Keep at it, everybody!

Still living life below goal. Would I like a little more wiggle room? Yes. Am I willing to do what it will take? Not at the moment.
