After reading zazzles post from last night I think the Irish coffee was just what Mike needed today 🤣 And we all know diva49 definitely needs it!

And we all know diva49 definitely needs it! Yes, INDEED! I'm IN. DivaTaxi's done its run; MHMR is off-duty. So with all this extra time, why am I running behind, and it's only 7:45 AM? <sigh> Adding coffee... ☕☕☕... ✨🦋✨💐✨🦋✨💐✨🦋✨ Have a healthy-eating day, all. ✨🦋✨💐✨🦋✨💐✨🦋✨

Good morning!
Woke up with a messed up knee from who knows what. Oh well---since it won't be raining (much) today I have to power through it and work with my plants and garden. A little Aleve and it will be fine, just have to avoid hyperextending it. This is an issue that I've had for decades but this time I can't think of anything I did to set it off. Carry on!
Wishing all a pleasant day.
KOKO.

Good morning. I’m in. DebDoesWW, I hope your BP has settled down. Don’t think about the living h3ll you lived through with contractors. The Irish coffee sounds good (although maybe not at 5 AM); but the booze is packed. (Seriously, I know EXACTLY where it IS packed!) I must’ve slept well because I was awake at 5 AM. fullmahina, sorry to hear your knee is giving you woes. I hope it clears up quickly. I **think** the rain has left us until Friday and we should have a sunny, mild day. That’d be nice. Everybody enjoy the day. KOKO

We think Lucy has an uti. While trying to catch a sample, Tank runs off and barks at the walkers. So upsetting.
New doors have arrived. 2 will be installed today. Going to see Breakthrough. Going to make meat loaf for dinner, another dinner for DGS

DebDoesWW , thanks for the Irish coffee. THAT is the way to start the day! LOL! I'm going for my yearly eye exam this morning and then will probably stop at Costco to order new glasses. DH's eye appointment went well and he's also ordering new glasses. diva49 , I'm borrowing your taxi tonight as I pick up DGD12 from her dance class while DD picks up DGS10 from swim practice. Seems like they are going somewhere every day. I'm glad I can help when DSIL is still at work. Looks like the rainy days will be moving in this week so I'm hoping to finish up my errands before it moves in. zazzles , hope the demo crews come finish their work; so frustrating! (but so typical!) fullmahina , I sometimes wake with a knee or hip or shoulder or whatever hurting and I wonder if I am wrestling in the night while I sleep! I hope you bounce back quickly! lmenglish , I hope DGS feels better soon. Does the dentist think they can save the tooth? Have a great day y'all!

Morning all! I'm in. Thanks for the coffee DebDoesWW , In exactly ten minutes, I'll be wearing a lampshade for a hat We could sure use some sun to dry things out as we're hoping to finish the deck paint/stain project before the weekend. It's a running joke around here that it rains every weekend we plan to get outdoor projects done. Onward and upwards. Have a great day everyone! lmenglish , fingers crossed for Lucy. Enjoy your new doors. fullmahina , hope your knee pain eases.

rush, rush rush posting and then reading all the above at the nail salon when I get a manicure and pedicure Our realtor sent us a gift of a large sandwich and drink from Piemonte's Deli, the second one in town that is fabulous Italian and so I may try to order ahead a turkey cheese sandwich for DH and I to split before I leave at noon to volunteer in kindergarten. The kids are becoming so antsy now that school is almost out. Ernesto asked about the jiggly thing on my neck and I told him it was called Old Age. By the way I am getting my toes painted in Dacey a hot pink by Zoya. It is named after the niece of marchby Brenda who posted here. Dacey Mae is a pretty little girl who lives in Ohio near the Zoya plant. More later. zazzles rain at the coast and in the mountains but none here though we may have another storm on Thursday moving south

Hi all, Doing well with tracking, but not exactly tracking good foods. At least it's written down.
I've got 18 days to go until summer vacation and I'm ready! Love these kids, but I'm whooped!!

Good evening.
The day’s work is completed. I don’t know why I’M exhausted because I didn’t do any of the work!
The crew took care of the additional demolition first thing—made short work of it. Then they launched into isolating the old electrical in the kitchen from the other rooms to which it is connected so as to ensure that outlets and lights in other rooms continued to work. Finally they ran wires and installed junction boxes for all the new electrical outlets as well as the can light fixtures.
I must say that these are the neatest workers I’ve ever had in the house. Before they leave for the day any trash is carted out of the house, neatly bagged, and every bit of dust and “stuff” is swept and vacuumed.
I put a link to the project web site in my signature below for those who want to follow along as I add new pages and photos.

zazzles, thank you for posting pictures. I love seeing the progress and yes, it's amazing how clean the room looks. The space looks large when it's empty doesn't it? How is Missy doing?
