Updating: Ok the newdles seafood flavor is good. The noodles are not "rubber band" texture like regular shirataki noodles, and the fishy packet is mild, not overpowering

I'd be very interested to try that! I make the tofu noodles frequently (both miracle noodle and shirataki). So the ramen substitute sounds good.

I'd be very interested to try that! I make the tofu noodles frequently (both miracle noodle and shirataki). So the ramen substitute sounds good. The seafood one had the noodles (you have to rinse them well) and 3 packets: one soup base, 1 dried veggies and 1 I think it was the seafood paste lol. Once you rinse the noodles, just add the packets and 1 cup boiling water (I used 1-1/2 cups and I just microwaved everything).

b- turkey sausage scramble, 1% milk l- change of plan in the middle of the day: chicken salad on croissant, salad w/ ranch, corn, water, sugar free pudding d- hamburger, mac and cheese, water
sn- maybe skinny cow bar
exercise- walked at school, planted my tomatoes and squash-10455 steps
