Are we supposed to get a card in the mail every month or are we expected to use the pass on the WW app or print it out from the website?
I am going on my second month of meetings and haven't received any monthly passes in the mail. I know we used to get them but who knows now, with all the emphasis on the app.

Well, the printed Monthly Pass (special paper stock) received through the U.S. Mail (postage) went the way of all of those. [M&Ms—A.K.A. Mindy Measures] If you have the app on a SmartPhone, then you will find the pass/barcode somewhere in your account information there. |
