b- 2 eggs, 1 turkey sausage patty, eng muffin, 11/2 glasses 1% milk l- egg salad sand, sun chips, sugar free pudding, water d- chunky soup, grilled cheese sand, unsweet tea
sn- blueberry muffin
exercise- walked during school, walked dog pm- 10017 steps
*it's teacher appreciation week and we had breakfast by pta this am: I had a small serving of ham/cheese casserole, hashbrown casserole, ham biscuit- I ate a little extra even though I had already eaten some at home b/c w/ testing I am not able to get my 10am snack.
