S - Usual coffee B - LO vegetarian spring rolls L - BLT on 647 wheat w/canola mayo D - Steak with blue cheese crumbles, caramelized onions, roasted broccoli, maybe Dry sea scallops with tarragone sauce, Mexican street corn on the cob E - Lots of heavy yard work.

Breakfast: Coffee Cinnamon-Raisin toast w/butter Light & Fit FF Greek yogurt
Lunch: Turkey & Cheese sandwich; Fritos; Cheetos; Milano cookie (Turns out our book sale was part of a Library event out the quaint little park. A neighborhood association had all sorts of free snack foodsβthe kind WW would NOT approve of or, should I say, would penalize the h3ll out of!)
Dinner: Easy Chicken Lasagna Brussels Sprouts
Snacks: Diet Coke; Water
