Good morning! B: coffee w/a splash of 1/2&1/2 L: scrambled eggs, steamed kale and sliced tomato - maybe bacon if I feel like making some Snack: avocado w/everything but the bagel seasoning D: ribeye; asparagus; brussels sprouts w/butter

b-omelet w/ onion and cheese, 2 slices bacon, 1% milk l- egg salad sand, sun chips, sugar free pudding,water d- ate out at local place- some kind of pasta (??), salad w/ blue cheese, unsweet tea, choc cake

exercise- walked during school, walked pm- 7750 steps
