Am having difficulty reading as glasses do not sit right upon my nose.
Just letting all know I am well, but tired.
Still no pain, but when I teared up this morning, it did cause my eye to burn in one spot --- just for a brief time.
Thanks for all prayers.
Back to MDA tomorrow then home the next day.
Miss my best.

Becky, hopefully the bike wont be too much trouble to put together. My DH really dislikes having to do things like that. I learned my lesson one year when I purchased one of those battery operated cars for one of the children and it took Randy an entire day to put it together. It was in a gazillion pieces. He was not happy LOL Hope your legs are better today. Cathy, thanks for the info. I've always wanted to try CORE - Maybe one day. It would probably take a little more planning and cooking than I have the time for. Susi, hope the handy man gets your the job done. Bet Jack is going to be so handsome Ann, hope you are feeling better. Listen to your body and rest if you need to. Chores will wait MJ, waving back...is the mousketeer better? Bee, so good to hear from you ...hugs and prayers Missed u! June, I'm sure R will be fine. He has to be smart he married you didn't he?

Cathy Great goals.I checked the link but although I don't have too much of a problem with portion distortion I don't think I could only eat foods from the list.
June It would be a nice surprise for the bike situation to go better than expected. It hasn't been delivered yet.A bathtub soak sounds so wonderful.I wish I had a tub sometimes.Good luck with your decluttering.
MJ Waving back.
Ann I hope you feel better soon.Sorry about all your rain last night.
June I am glad R is doing so well.Wishing him a good post op appointment.
Susi I'm trying to take it easier but sometimes that goes well and sometimes I push through.LOL on Jack's lion haircut. What breed dog is Jack?

Bee Praying for a good appointment and a safe trip home.
LaDonna It's not Kenneth's favorite thing to do but he will do it.The hardest part will be getting this big bike out of here.I hope you aren't crazy busy at work today.
Pam Glad you are listening to your body and resting today.
We will be leaving in less than 30 minutes to take Scooter to the vet.She has had tummy issues for about a week and I have been doing a trial and error on her human snacks and I thought she was getting better. This morning she got sick again and all she had eaten was dry kibble and she drinks a lot of water but she has been eating lots of grass too.I'm thinking she might have ear issues also since she keeps shaking her ears and scratching them. She can't continue to get sick every day so we finally made the appointment. It's bad when they can't tell you what's wrong.
Have a good afternoon all.

Hi girls. Well as the morning passed I felt better so I was able to accompany Carl to BJ's and we picked up what we needed there. We made our way back home and stopped at Applebee's for lunch. I ordered the chicken and 3 cheese penne with tomato basil soup. It was 'pointy' but oh well...I'll work around that tomorrow LOL. Main thing is my headache and dizziness is gone. Susi thanks so much for the picture of Charlie. He is an awesome kitty Hope the handyman comes quickly and before the rain comes. Bee awesome to hear from you. You remain in my thoughts and prayers. Bet it will feel good to be back home again LaDonna LOL to Randy not liking to put things together. Carl thrives on that sort of thing which is good as I don't have the patience for it! Pam brava for listening to your body and getting the rest that you need. (((Scooter))) praying for good results from the Vet, Becky. I know how horrible it is to have a sick fur kid. You are so right...if only they could talk and let us know what to do. Keep us posted.
I go back to the dentist tomorrow. This bottom partial is just not working...hopefully he will be able to adjust it or just do it over again......all I can say is thank goodness that he is just down the road. I would NOT travel into Worcester for this, that's for sure!!!!!
Time to get relaxed and comfy. I'm thinking a salad for supper will be good.
Enjoy the rest of your evening, ladies.

Ann I'm glad you are feeling better and were able to go with Carl for errands.I love your attitude about pointy meals.I hope the dentist can adjust your partial or do something to keep it from hurting.
Scooter has been having trouble keeping down food for about the last week and the last few days she has been shaking her ears and scratching them.Been there before and since she wasn't able to keep down dry kibble this morning I told Kenneth it was time to take her to the vet.We did catch an infection in her right ear just as it was starting by going so that was good.As far as not keeping down human or kibble the vet said she eats inside then goes outside and eats the green grass caused by recent rains and that makes her sick.So we have ear drops and a powdered probiotic to mix with her kibble. However I want to wait until we get her a better brand of kibble tomorrow. The trip wore her out so she has been calm and napped most of the afternoon after we came home.I don't know how to keep a mostly outside dog from eating green grass so this will be interesting.

Becky good luck with Scooter. LuLa also eats more than her fair share of grass. It's hard to keep her from it as she is super fast and sneaky. I hope the probiotic works.
I'm sure the wii will be up tomorrow. Oh well.
Sleep tight all.

*It is Wednesday morning *Two days Core/SFT under my belt *Weight gained the last week gone *Sticking with the plan today - that may be tricky as I will be at a friend's house BUT she is serving chicken, salad and sugar-free jello so should do okay.
What I am willing to do today:
* Write down what I eat * Make wise choices while with friends * Use weekly points for any food not on the Core food list * Drink water
