Good morning!
I've been enjoying my egg lunch, so I think I'll keep doing it until I'm tired of it: 2-3 eggs scrambled w/chives , sometimes a little sour cream beat in at the end; sliced roma tomato and 1/2 an avocado (about 2oz) with 2T Bubbies sauerkraut for the probiotics. I'm going to cook 3 pounds of ground beef later and make hamburger helper for the boys (DH was asking me to make some) and just package the rest in 4oz packs and freeze for quick taco salad for me and things like that.

S - Usual coffee B - Office breakfast - mini bagel w/rf veggie cream cheese, lots of fruit They brought in full size and I have the room to enjoy L - RB/rf Swiss/tomato lettuce wraps with canola mayo S - Canteloupe D - Arctic char, sauteed spinach/mushrooms/bacon/garlic E - 30 minutes spin/25 minutes weights

A colleague and I have jumped on the keto bandwagon and have decided to try it for 2 weeks fully committed. Probably somewhat modified but fully committed to sticking to this.
Today's food:
Ice coffee with splash of half and half and Splenda packet Whole romaine head with medium rare filet mignon, homemade blue cheese dressing and onions Chicken with 1/2 avocado and a pickle.
We started yesterday and I absentmindedly grabbed a handful of the girls' goldfish crackers without realizing it. I quickly spit them in the trash! I hadn't realized how mindlessly I'd been having a bite of this and a bite of that when only halfway committed to a diet!

b- turkey sausage scramble, 1% milk l- left over veggie soup, 1/2 cheese sand, sugar free pudding, brownie in teacher's lounge, water d- left over pasta from last night, salad, 2 slices(small) homemade whole grain bread, water, corn on cob
sn- apples, blueberries
exercise- walked at school- 7288 steps
