Yesterday I went on a field trip with our garden club so for lunch I ate out.
Breakfast: Whole wheat toast with peanut butter, banana, coffee Lunch: Autumn Cranberry Salad with grilled chicken (salad greens, dried cranberries, candied pecans, grilled chicken breast) I ate only about half the chicken. Dinner: A cup of bean/veggie soup, 3 Triscuits, grapes Snack: Small dish of ice cream and a cookie (while on the field trip)
Fun: Do you know how to drive a stick shift? ** Most definitely. That's what I learned to drive.

Oh this is ugly! I had a meeting right after work...anyway, here it is!
Early morning - Banana Mid morning - yogurt with frozen cherries mixed in, graham crackers Mid afternoon - (3:00ish, after meeting) - chicken salad (canned chicken, olive oil mayo) Triscuit crackers, 2 thin slices swiss cheese Evening - Steamed a handful of chopped up snap peas and shredded cabbage in microwave, microwaved some cooked brown rice, mixed in the steamed vegetables, a scrambled egg and some soy and hoisin sauce.
Driving stick shift - not really. I could manage to drive the pickup (with stick shift) on the farm at home, but I wouldn't be able to drive a stick shift vehicle on a road now.
