Going out for drinks tonight (of course, right when I start a diet thing), but according to google research I can have white wine or spirits with soda water. So white wine it is. I'll stick to two only.

Chicken and avocado I’ve come to really like cheeseburgers served over greens so much more than on a bun. I used to make “hamburger steaks” and never thought of serving on top of a salad.

b- 2 eggs, 1 turkey sausage patty, eng muffin, 1% milk l- tuna sand, lite pringles, sugar free pudding, water d- chicken quesadilla, mini wholly guac, coke zero
sn- banana, gerber bar
exercise- walked during school, worked in my garden, walked dog pm- 10635 steps

Chicken and avocado I’ve come to really like cheeseburgers served over greens so much more than on a bun. I used to make “hamburger steaks” and never thought of serving on top of a salad. It was so good! Tasted like a deconstructed Big Mac but with sharp cheddar instead of American cheese. I'll definitely be making another one for lunch tomorrow.
