Ann - I hope they get it right soon so you don't have to keep going through this. Enjoy your pampering. Nice that it's close to you. LOL on the nurse prepping the gardners, June. Enjoy that long soak. Enjoy Cathy. I'm sure you did better with having better choices yesterday. Audrey - Enjoying your travels vicariously. MJ - How nice of your son to take time to be with his friend. Hopefully yesterday's sunshine made everyone feel better. Good luck with the new bike Becky. Hope Scooter is doing better. Glad you enjoyed the pampering LaDonna. Enjoy your dinner. DGF is coming down this weekend and we are revisiting a favorite restaurant from the Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives show called Oyster Creek. I am planning the next few days around this dish: Chef Scott's Stuffed Salmon -Signature dish stuffed with brie and crab topped with asparagus, and balsamic butter sauce over wild rice

LaDonna Bet you look fabulous w/ your haircut and color. Nice that you had time for your evening walk. Always a plus when you now what the restaurant offers and anmake healthier choices.
LOL. I would much rather push mow than ride a lawn tractor though. I do not mind picking up sticks & such. The problem right now is R! I had to spend about 30 minutes unburyingthe lawn tractor. Plz, oh plz, someone higher power has to stop this mandrombringinghome "stuff" to sale and piling in the garage on top of things -- like the lawntractor.
Ann I do not blame you for wanting to give your mouth & maybe "self" a rest before undergoing another adjustment. Sometimes you just want a lil break from an ongoing annoyance & the physical discomfort. I know that my gums can get quite sore when the dentist adjusts a crown. Am all for staying "put" and letting R do a chore.

Ann Arghhhh.... there are sometimes like those when every piece of tech goes nuts onthe same day. I take that as a sign that I need to go relax w/ a book or movie.
Bee j Rest well in your own space. Thx for letting. Us know how you are.

Quick check in this morning. Today’s plan is in flux. Dd and I are heading over to mom’s. We were supposed to go to lunch with some of her friends. She can’t put weight on her knee, so she’s staying home today. Meals will be planned and tracked. I’m choosing to be healthy and to keep smiling as I aim for blue. Take care everyone.

Pam Hope that your mom soon sees some improvement with her knee. Enjoy your time w/ your DD. Pretracking is a great tool for staying in the blue dot zone.
Susi What is the topic?

June - Mindset: Open Your Mind to Change. It's oft repeated and was geared specifically to WW, not life in general. At least at the meeting.

June Thanks. We have Scooter on a different dry kibble and the vet gave us some probiotic powder pouches to mix in it.She likes the new food and although she is doing better I noticed she threw up a little outside on the ramp this morning but it seems to be getting less.I also bought her one of those Kong toys where I can put dog treats in there and it keeps her entertained.I think that is her favorite toy and it didn't take long for her to figure out how to get out the treats.I hope you enjoyed your long soak in the tub.Your planned dinner sounds good.
Cathy Yesterday did sound healthier at least.Good luck with your goals.
Ann I hope you enjoyed your mani/pedi at the Nail Factory. That's a cute name for a nail salon.
MJ I hope the Mouseketeer had a better day at school.I hope your son can talk to his friend.

June I hope and pray there is no gotcha moment for R with his recovery.I did walk this morning. We did not have any errands to run and it was a good thing since we spent most of the morning with the new bike.It didn't come with a computer display(it was supposed to I guess it got left out accidentally)but Kenneth worked so hard on it I'm not going to contact the bike maker because I have my Garmin and I know how many minutes I bike and calories I burn.It will suit my needs fine.
Suze Thanks. The bike is up and Scooter feels some better.I'm sure it will take some time.Enjoy your meal out this weekend with your GF.
LaDonna I'm glad you liked your cut and color.Good for you getting your walk in after work.Enjoy your meal out.
Ann I'm sorry the partial still feels off.I hope you don't have to keep going back to get it adjusted. We have flies so bad also and yes they do bite.Enjoy your rest of the day.
Bee I'm happy you are home.Take it easy and rest.Continued prayers for you.
Pam I hope your mom's knee feels better soon.

June - Mindset: Open Your Mind to Change. It's oft repeated and was geared specifically to WW, not life in general. At least at the meeting. Fixed mindset vs growth mindset. In our meeting it became all about one's attitude toward bread in a restaurant setting. No lie. <sigh>. Oh... and the sample of whatever roasted chickpea snack it was.
