Good morning! B: coffee, trying "kitu super creamer" today. It's not real creamy and I probably won't buy it again because I'm not real impressed with the flavor. Ingredients Purified Water, Whey Protein Concentrate, Cream, Coconut MCT Oil, Monk Fruit, Natural Flavor, Potassium Phosphate, Gellan Gum.
L: burrito and cauliflower lime and cilantro rice (ole extreme wellness tortilla w/ground turkey, shredded iceberg, a little red onion and avocado, salsa) D: ham and cauliflower casserole with cheese

Mike - 1/2 cup quick cooking oats, 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or skim milk), 1/2-3/4 cup shredded/chopped carrots, preferred sweetener, cinnamon and vanilla to taste. 2 tbs. ff cream cheese, 1 tbs. sugar free pancake syrup mixed together. Spread on top. Optional: Chopped 100 cal pack of nuts if I have the points

Few spoonfuls of whipped cream cheese (no bagel today!) Chicken and avocado Haven't decided yet if I'll do protein style cheeseburger from in n out or a breadless chicken, bacon, avocado sandwich from hook burger. I didn't have time last night to make my lunch for today so I need to go out.
