Bee I feel very blessed for your support also.
I will be aware. We may eat lunch out but it's a senior portion so not as big a portion as normal so no overeating there.I will move and hydrate. If it's raining in the morning I will use my recumbent bike and walk in the house.

Becky I did not get a chance to catch the later Friday posts. So pardon me if you already answered this question -- is your new bike assembled? Do you like it? Ha ha ha. . . Lunch is my favorite meal to eat out. Smaller portions, lower prices... Hope you have a nice walk.

I am willing to:
* do some form of exercise every time I get up from the chair I sit in most of the day (wall presses, squats, toe touches...something) it will be many times because I... * HYDRATE - drinking a lot of water will necessitate getting up often (see above) * fruit or veg at every meal * hit the ghg's
* hit the produce and grocery shops today to enable getting in the ghgs
Hope everyone has plans that will make their weekend enjoyable!

We are in Croatia walking in Vukovar this Morganโs Novi Sad later in the day. We opted to sleep till 7 and miss the lecture on Croatia. Yesterday we had to get up at 5:45 and since we read till midnight since there often isnโt time during the day. It could be worse. We are not the people who close down the bar. Also today we both decided to not have sweets at breakfast. I had a vegetable omelette, 1 piece of bacon, a lot of melon and berries, a thin slice of a brown bread and coffee. Daily steps are good too. Have a lovely day.

Good morning Bee Becky June Cathy Audrey MJ Susi and AWF. Bee so great to have you back. You were missed. Thank you for getting us started today Also grateful for having you as a friend. I shall be aware and willing right along with you. Becky I so enjoy the senior portions. They take the 'guess work' out of it LOL. Hopefully it won't rain on your parade. We are supposed to have a few days of sunshine, blue skies. Right now they are correct
Audrey yeah to limiting sweets. It's hard anytime..but especially when on vacation.
Cathy, hope you score some good produce deals. I'm all stocked up in that department!
Hi June...hope you and R have a wonderful day just doing whatever it is that you do and enjoying it. MJ enjoy the New Marines and coffee! Susi yeah to the handyman finishing up his tasks. Enjoy the feeding and walking Yesterday I did a little more snacking than usual last night. Oh well...I tracked it to the best of my ability and shall move on today. Wishing AWF a great Saturday! Good morning. Sorry I never made it by yesterday. We were extremely busy at work yesterday and afterwards I we had plans with some friends. Was not a good day food wise but today I am resetting. Coffee, walk, church clerical and chores around the house is my day today and most importantly to stay OP. Bee, I am really glad things are going well for you and that you made it back home. I pray you continue to heal and get back to your normal activities. June, continued prayers/well wishes for you and R. Add me in as thankful for the group...could not do it without yall Becky, enjoy lunch out. how are you enjoying your new bike? Cathy, good plans...I got my first watermelon this week and was pretty tasty. Audrey, enjoying your pics! MJ, you look so good! love your new pic. Susi, glad the handy man was able to come...i know you were uncertain about the weather. have a great productive day. Ann, sounds like we both had a snacky night...I join you in moving on

Ann Night can be tricky when it comes to snacking. Goodfor you that you tracked and moved on.
Audrey Ha ha ha... here's a Croatia tidbit that you may have missed when you skipped the morning talk. Croatia once was heavily forested. Many trees were harvested and used to shore up and stabilize structures. Great job putting your "travel" goals into concrete actions.
Becky Are you dodging raindrops w/ that line of severe storms hitting east Texas, OKL, and Arkansas? That storm system will here the Great Lakes on Sunday.
Bee j Hope that you slept well in your own bed. Ha ha ha... like Ann I thought about you putting on your "aware glasses" and filling your water glasses. Cathy Love that you have a long list of exercises to get "out" of a book & your reading chair. As a reader & a teacher, I know how easy it is to stay put and soldier on or escape into a good story. When I have a day where I must grade, grade, and grade some more, I set an alarm on my phone to remind me. Happy hunting at the grocery store.
.LaDonna Hope that your Saturday moves at a slower pace than yesterday. The reset button is our friend. Is so much healthier to just get back into your lane. Mj Have fun at YM w/ Kressling.
Pam Ha ha ha. . . loved that you dedicated yesterday to PAMpering yourself.
Susi Ha ha ha... crazy how hiring work done still creates weekend work for you! Glad that your handyman could get so much accomplished Friday.

Thx again for all your prayers and kind words as R recuperates. I wanted to believe the surgeon's optimistic projection about post-op expectations. I was prepared for a rough go two looooong weeks. Just happy that R is doing so well, so quickly.
