Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. New plan...every time I get up from the chair that I spend most of my time in I will do ten of something. Ten wall presses, squats, to touches, side bends...something.
That said...nothing specific yesterday

Oh gosh. Busy getting ready for arrival of my son today. OK on Wednesday I rode my hilly ride to skyline (first time since my brief larygitis thing. and walked 60'. Thursday did a short 20' ride to yoga and 60' yoga class. Friday I rode for 45' and walked for 75'.
