Hubby says it is nicer outside today than yesterday...might go out to see if he is telling the truth or not. I have a plan for today to do some sort of stretching or wall presses or something every time I get up to use the toilet or get a glass of water or whatever. I get up a LOT because of one thing or another...if I walked a minute in place every time I got up I bet I would get in 30 minutes or more daily! We need produce and basic items like milk and cheese and such from the grocery store...even getting low on beans and only have one tomato left. So...thinking it is time. I also have HUGE pile of laundry to drag downstairs, wash and then get back upstairs again.
BEVERLY: I think if I had been your friend I would have done the cleanse AFTER the cruise! YIKES! How do you make your tuna salad?
LYNN: It sounds lovely! Perhaps focus on the healthier power food (green check/Core/Simply Filling) foods? BUT...taste new foods you have never had and don't worry too much as long as your clothes fit then get back OP when you get home. Making memories also has to do with the food.
CHERRY: Isn't it amazing how dishes, pots and pans can pile up? I have some waiting to come out of the dishwasher and others to go into it. I also seem to have a HUGE bag of compostable refuse in half of the sink waiting to go out. It piles up faster than the dishes sometimes.
PAM: Love that you are pampering yourself! I have only been to Olive Garden a few times. What do you usually choose to stay OP when you eat there? Do you have items you choose from menus in restaurants you frequent?

Very warm here, we are testing out the new AC. So far, it is great. Thank God we are not in the path of the tornadoes, praying for all who are .
Sounds like Lynn is enjoying the trip of a lifetime!! So excited for her, can't wait to hear all the details.
I like the solid white tuna, I add dill pickle, a couple of boiled eggs, bit of celery, lt mayo or ff greek yogurt. Usually put it in the food processor, sometimes I just chop the stuff up. Often add a bit of chopped apple, also, a bit of chopped pineapple is good, sounds gross, but tastes good.
No real plans for the weekend, just church tonight & rest of the weekend just hanging out around the house.
Waving to everyone, have a great weekend.

Good morning. Not much going on for me today either. Church this evening, and I'm going to pick up a few bags of potting soil and some purchased compost to put in the raised beds that my son put together for me. My compost pile isn't quite ready yet, since I added more to it over the winter.
We got some rain yesterday, almost a half inch. It is still cloudy today with possible showers. It sounds like it will be like this all week. Personally I would like more sunshine.
Have a nice day, beaches.
