Hello everybody! I didn't mean to be mia, didn't even realize it! It was nice to have a long weekend including not using a computer at all! I've got some catching up to do!
Well, my weight jumped up 2 pounds, arg! But it's feedback and I got back on track and at the moment it's down three pounds for a net loss of 1 pound. Now to stick with it!

Hi Brenda! Did Maddie turn into a cat, lol? 'cuz that's what cats do whenever someone wants to use a computer or read the newspaper or write a letter, etc.
I went a pretty long time without picking up any of the bugs going around but the cold season finally caught up to me. I think I'm going to head home from work and hop on the gazelle for a bit before curling up in bed and getting some sleep.

Mo, WTG on your great WI!
Brenda, WTG on your home WI and wow! WTG on your steps! 17,000 in one day, impressive! I hear you on the slow walk. When don't mind slowing down my pace to enjoy someone's company but enough is enough!
Amy, hope you are feeling more energetic and especially hope you aren't getting a cold!
