Is everybody sleeping late?
Breakfast: Coffee, black, without sugar Coffee Mate, sugar free, Italian Sweet Cream Oatmeal, Quaker Fruit & Cream Instant Oatmeal (Strawberries or Peach) Milk, Fairlife Whole Yogurt, Greek, Dannon Light & Fit
Lunch: Lean Cuisine Favorites Spaghetti with Meat Sauce Cheese, String, Galbani Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella
Dinner: Bourbon-Brown Sugar Glazed Baby Back Ribs (Sur La Table) Potatoes, mashed, homemade, with milk and butter Brussels sprouts, cooked Milk, Fairlife Whole
Snacks: Diet Coke; Water

B: coffee w/kitu creamer L: chicken salad ; cucumber D: eggs w/asparagus and tomatoes Snack: blueberry cheesecake bites (low-carb) this recipe modified and cut way back on the crust and cream cheese lol )

S - Usual coffee B - BLT w/cheese and canola mayo L - Tuna salad in a pita with lettuce and tomatoe D - Mixed salad with balsamic vinaigrette, salmon stuffed with brie and crabmeat over wild rice with balsamic butter sauce, wine E - Treadmill/recumbant bike/elliptical
