Suze I'm glad last night was worth it.Good job burning off the excess.I don't blame you for not looking at the scale.
Bee Yes you can do.
Cathy Great goals as usual.I have an inside recumbent bike. It's an new one and it's hard to get used to a different one.Hopefully it will get better.
Ann I'm glad you slept well.Scooter is all black so it doesn't take long for her to get hot and start panting. If she wants to stay out and it gets to hot she will go under the porch where it's cool.We don't walk Scooter because she will rip the leash out of Kenneth's hand so I usually walk alone. She weighs 55 lbs and that is a loss of 2 lbs for her.She is one heavy and strong dog.
LaDonna I hope you get your walk in before church. That is when I went for mine.Good for you on a good OP day yesterday.KOKO is the key for me too especially the day after I eat BBQ out even if it was a senior plate.I hope you aren't getting too hot this afternoon.

MJ I'm sure you were exhausted after the YM drill.I hope you found a sunbeam.Love the new picture.
Ann I'm sorry the scale didn't cooperate this morning.Mine didn't either but I expected the sodium uptick.I'm sorry about your rain.It was partly cloudy when we came home from church and looked like the sun was going to come out but the sky looks hazy.It is already 89.Glad you were able to walk anyway even if you had to use the umbrella.I have used the umbrella before on my walks but if it's thundering I won't walk.
Pam Willing to be willing is a good goal.Aiming for blue today.
June I hope you and R are having a good day.
Audrey I hope you are enjoying your day.

It has stayed beautiful and sunny (and HOT!) and the only clouds have been the high fluffy ones!
We did a major cleaning around Arnie the Macaw's cage, switched out the bath towels for the summer colors, feather-dusted the high corners, washed throw rugs (they're on the clothesline), and in general completely enjoyed going in and out all day long.
And I've paid the rest of the May bills, balanced the checkbook, and set up the record sheet for June.
AND we pruned the two butterfly bushes (how DID they sprout so much; it hasn't been "spring"!) while dodging the Happy Chappie ground roses and my KnockOut rose that is FULL of buds.
I don't know why, but I still have energy left. Perhaps it's because I've been in&out&IN&OUT in the sun all day.
Sunday Steak Dinner was at Charlie Brown's Fresh Grille. Dinner will be lean deli ham & cheese.
