Good morning!
B: coffee w/kitu creamer (honestly not feeling this creamer, it's got good "macros" but I'm finding it makes me hungry and I almost never eat breakfast because I don't have an appetite in the morning) L: weather permitting grilled ribeye, roasted asparagus and steamed green beans D: salad w/tuna or sardines
