I had son get my crockpot out so I don't have to try to actively cook while my hand recovers from whatever the heck I did to my thumb.
B: coffee w/kitu creamer (I wish I'd bought a smaller carton lol) L: not sure, I need to cook the cauliflower I riced, so probably just steamed with a little garlic olive oil and some tuna D: crockpot roast, green beans, maybe some cucumber slices

Ice coffee with half and half Filet mignon medium rare, sliced on lettuce with chopped apple and homemade blue cheese dressing
Not sure what will be dinner. I will be going to the store today and getting some spaghetti squash and some other items so probably roasted spaghetti squash with homemade cheese sauce and bacon.
