Good morning Judy and all to follow. I'd love to be down another couple of pounds when spring gets here but it's sure a slow slog. I'd also like to be feeling more motivated to get to the gym either in the early morning or evening, or out for a walk - mainly I'd like to be more active. My food is good so no wishes regarding that at least. A miracle in itself.
I'd also like to be feeling less freaked out by all the political stuff but I'm not sure that's possible.
So, I want to be here, with all of you, working on our Beck review, and continuing to feel that I'm rewiring my brain for permanent weight loss.

When spring comes I'd like to be down a few pounds from where I am now, but if I'm the same as today that's OK too. I'd like to ride my stationary bike every day as well as take a 30 minute daily walk when the weather improves, and continue going to my yoga class each week. I'd like to move forward to some home improvement projects that require being outside too.
Looking forward to my first Beck book review with this group. This weekend, I'm going out of town for a very brief knitting escapade for a couple of days, have a couple of birthday celebrations planned for my husband, and have a couple other commitments, but will make reading the Beck chapters and participating in the conversation here a high priority.

My thing with spring is I hope I get a spring bounce to get things done. Need a bit more oomph to work on being more discipline especially after the stress eating last week. Would love the urge to be more active.

I want to stay somewhere in the 130 lb range,continue to go to Curves 3 x week and find a cooler place to walk.This morning it was just 77 when I walked but at 86 this afternoon it was a bit warm.I also want to learn when I'm comfortable as opposed to full when we eat at the buffet.Even though I ate healthy today I feel full.

I would like to be down 5 lbs so I have a 'maintenance cushion' and don't have to hold my breathe each month at weigh in!
