I'm IN.
And standing on shifting sand, so to speak.
Have a healthy-eating day, all!

Aren't you always MJ? I'm in, planned and tracked. Usually there's at least a boardwalk...

Good morning.
Not a heckuva lot planned today except for doing the stuff I didn't get to yesterday because of the stormy weather. Sunny, cool, and breezy today...beautiful.
The deck lattice is just about done, one more section to go. I guess DH and I have finally figured out that we are retired and everything doesn't have to be done in a "I have two days off and gotta get this done" frenzy, although we sometimes act as if we still have massive deadlines. Old habits die hard. We did have a bit of a deadline with the lattice (wanted to get it done before the fencing goes up) but it is so nice not to have to scramble like we did in years past.
Enjoying my coffee, looking out at my deck planters, bird feeders and the lush Spring greenery. Lovely serenity.
Wishing all a peaceful day. KOKO.

Is that your front yard? Love the way it is landscaped. That's the perennial bed in the front of the house. We're adding more butterfly-friendly plants there - we have another bed in the backyard that has butterfly bushes, echinacea, and rudbeckia so plenty of "volunteers" for transplanting.

Good morning. I was up early and out the door to see DGS10 at school for an end-of-the-year program at his school. I spent time in his class seeing some of the things he has done. Afterwards, I stopped at Trader Joe's and picked up a few things we like there, specifically, their wine!
I'm planned and tracked and watching the scale not budging. GRRR.

Crazy day. Kiddo had bad asthma attack had to ride with him in ambulance to hospital. Stayed there until mom showed up. She was totally indifferent. I knew more about him than she did. She didn't even talk to or try to comfort him! I was almost in tears.
Grandma came in and took over, thank goodness he has her.
it was really scary. I'm going to go home and crash. It was a rough day.

Very pretty---I love that lush naturalized look. I bet the birds, bees, and butterflies love it too! hpeterson1951, how scary for you and how sad that the poor kid has a mom like that. I hope he's okay.

Iām in on this gray chilly day. A touch of vertigo due to sinus and allergies have kept me close to home and taking care of myself. Have a great day everyone.
hpeterson1951: sending hugs.
