finreporter,- Thanks so much for your support. It really helps to just have someone listen and give you an "atta girl" sometimes. And you hit the nail on the head- if you can't be bothered to talk to your son or comfort him in the hospital, or take him to the Dr, do you really care about the vaccines?? The doctor thought I was the mother because I was holding him, comforting him and knew his medical history better. And I've only had him for one year, it's not like he was some of the kiddos I've had for 4 years!

Got a workout in this morning and picked up a few groceries. As you can tell by my willingness to get out of the house, my allergies are much better. โค๏ธ Thanks for the positive vibes sent yesterday.
hpeterson1951: More hugs today. You are a hero! Take care of those kiddos and also yourself.

Good afternoon. Iโm in.
Continuing to sit while work continues downstairs.
Couptertops in the kitchen are in. They are doing the bathroom now. The shower is almost done (the nitch for sampoo, soap, etc. needs to be installed).
I will do the countertop walkthrough in a while to note any fixes needed and then hand them a check for the progress payment that is due.
The foreman isnโt here today, but tomorrow will will do the kitchen cabinet walkthrough with him, noting any needed fixes (I see several already), and then sign off on the cabinetry.
The backsplash installation starts tomorrow. Appliances, plumbing fixtures, electrical outlets and switches, and flooring all remains to be done.
I escaped for lunch with a friend. We were both moving slowly due to our backs having issues. But at least Iโm able to function since Monday.
I hope everyone is doing okay.
