S - Usual coffee B - Goat cheese/veggie frittata over spring mix w/evoo and lemon, 647 wheat toast L - Pizza - Joey Tomatoes (one of my companies) has great pizza and it's free for me but I rarely get it for some reason. I'll top it with arugula and balsamic glaze D - Veggie and cheese stuffed portobello mushroom E - Spin

Same lunch as yesterday (baked chicken with slice of cheddar, bacon, grape tomatoes, avocado and arugula)
A friend is grilling kebabs for us tonight so that will be dinner. And he always has wine so probably a glass of wine too.
