Whipped cream cheese for bagel day. Same Big Mac salad as yesterday.
Not certain of dinner but I have a head of broccoli that needs to get eaten soon. Probably roasted with oil and balsamic vinegar and cheddar cheese.

Since I only ever post from my phone I forgot I have a signature! None of them show up on the mobile version I guess.
I lost 5 lbs in the first 9 days, now I'm on day 12. Still holding at the 5 lb loss. It is shockingly easy to be on keto.

exercise- worked around the house, walked dog am/pm- 8157 steps
