I put 36 as maintenance points. when I tracked. I need 1550 calories and can lose on these 36 points. Especially with 10,000 steps a day. i did not get these yesterday. Learned I can't retire on my own till age 65. But I can argue to get Social Security Disability on my record. And I think my case manager and Dr. will agree with this. Only hope is that 3 Republican senators voteno on block granting Medicaid. in the uS congress. I can retire in 2019 on my own record when I am 65.

Amy I hope the system works for you to retire early.
Jim and I had a good time on our trip. Of course I am up like 4 pounds so hopefully it will be gone again by the weekend!
Here's to an OP day for everyone.

mo i have been getting Social Security Disability since my father died on his recored. I was before that getting SSI for disability before he died. I figured out I was disabled at age 22 not younger and therefore I am not eligible for disability on his account. I don't retire it would be the same amount If I get what I worked for disability and SSI. So all I need is my doctor saying I was disabled at age 22 not 21 and I get it on my own I can finally eat this morning knowing I can change it. I already have almost 7000 steps from pacing, i go to WW Saturday only. Russ will take me Saturday. Usually his niece Anne goes with me
