Welcome to the CLUTTERBUSTERS thread. We are a daily thread, Monday thru Friday, and we have a combined weekend edition Saturday and Sunday. We welcome new members and are a friendly, helpful and supportive group.
Our purpose is for support and sharing of tips and strategies in dealing with weight and clutter issues in our lives. Many feel that the two are often tied together. So, we will lend a caring ear, and hopefully give and learn tips to help all of us.
We want to remove at least 5 items or spend still least 15 minutes clutter busting today!
Remember, it didn't pile up in one day so it isn't going away in a day either. One organizer says: you don't have to stop everything to get organized, you just have to start somewhere

Good morning all. Got to sleep until 8:15 this morning. A nice change. Going to get dressed and moving soon. We have errands to run and then chores around here. Hoping to get a bunch of stuff photographed and listed this weekend. Also hoping to get more done on Carol’s scarf. I’m at about 15” of 50”. Not sure if I’ll need more yarn or not. Hope not because I’m trying to use up yarn. Good thing is this yarn doesn’t have a dye lot, so won’t be a matching problem.
I’ll bbl to check in.

Good morning Joyce and Ruth. Hope you are both having a good day. Ruth, thanks for the info you sent on JTs project, what an undertaking for her. She is very devoted to her project. I haven’t checked it all out but hope to later today.
After all the predictions of rain it didn’t rain yesterday. This morning I watered all the grass seed that Bill planted. He is great for starting a project and not following thru with it. If I haven’t been watering the new grass it would all be dead. To say I’m upset is mild, he spent a lot of money to get the yard back in shape with top soil, fertilizer and grass seed and then just lets it sit there. Between the bad summer last year and Bill not being able to do anything outside we had huge bare patches on the front lawn and a few in the back yard. I was fine with him working on those patches but then he started re-seeding any bare area, some as small as 2 inches by 2 inches, UGH!!! It is very cool and windy here – not going to be the best weekend weather wise but hopefully it will be nice enough to get the boat ready for the water. I need to run to the store later to get a few last minute things for the weekend. Will try to CBL.

Ruth, we were posting at the same time. Hope you don't need to buy more yarn for Carol's scarf. Good luck with the listings, a great way to CB and make some extra $$$. I slept in till 7:30 this morning. I took a benadryl last night because my ears had fluid in them, and the benadryl always dries that up. It also makes it harder for me to get up in the morning.

Good evening all,
Had a sleepless night last night. I felt like I was up every hour on the hour. I think allergy season is kicking in, all stuffed up today.
Ran a few errands this morning, came home and fell asleep on my recliner.
Working tomorrow and Sunday, Sunday is only 11-4 so that’s an easy day. I’ve been enjoying the meal prep dinners that I bought, gave me some ideas to do on my own. Dealership buys our lunch on Saturdays, I think I’ll get a chicken finger salad. They are pretty big, so I’ll take half home for Sunday. Can’t leave it in the fridge at work, set too cold and foods will freeze if left overnight.
Dottie - glad you didn’t get the rain. It’s been cloudy here all day, supposed to rain tomorrow. Sunday and Monday look to be nice days, probably low 70s. Someone told me we’re going to have a cooler than usual summer this year, it sure feels like it.
Ruth - I like using yarn that doesn’t have a dye lot. So much easier if extra is needed.
Well, I think I’m in for an early night. See ya tomorrow
