Trump: " She's not my type" Everyone else: "smart?" (would definitely be "not his type" lol)

Not the type he would rape. Would be the logical extension of that statement.
Reminds me of another time when he said the accuser would definitely not be his first choice. All you can do is shake your head.

So, will the country come to a standstill July 17th when Mueller testifies or do you think most people just don't care? I wonder if most people just haven't tuned out after all this time.
Sure hoping the Dems stick to the issues tonight & not attack each other. They need to use their time wisely with that many peeps on the stage.

I'm interested because Mueller said that the report speaks for itself and he wouldn't add anything. I wonder if he's only going to testify to appease the people that want to "see" him.

I don't think Mueller will say anything that we don't already know.
I'm do damn tired of all this BS and daily drama since this lying, cheating, racist thug slithered into the WH.
It's not an administration. It's a meaningless made for tv reality show sucking up air time.
What is happening in the real world while we're distracted with this stuff?

What is happening in the real world while we're distracted with this stuff? It's going to hell. In other news, when questioned if he will discuss election meddling with Putin in upcoming meeting, answers "that's none of your business." At some faith-based meeting today, continuing to complain about Republicans not voting to repeal the ACA: "Fortunately, they're gone now. They've gone on to greener pastures - or perhaps far less green pastures. But they're gone...I'm very happy they're gone." Lowering the bar on class, sure sounds like he thinks John McCain is rotting in hell and he's glad he's dead. That's our boy. But of course it will be spun by his enablers that he is really referring to former Republicans like Flake who are gone from the government.

Just waving . . . it's been a busy day, but didn't want to miss checking everyone's posts. Like all of you I am just sick of this whole mess, and the sooner it is over the better. I am interested in Mueller's testimony. I'm not sure he'll say anything we don't already know, but nevertheless I am interested in hearing it so I will be watching. I'll also be watching tonight and tomorrow night. I too hope they will stick to the issues and not waste time bashing each other. Surely we all hope it won't turn into a freak show like the GOP debates were with all the snide comments, calling names, etc. I want to hear some mature adults who sound confident discussing actual issues that affect all of our lives. Too much to hope for do you think? Surely not.

I don't know if he was referring to McCain or not, but I don't have any doubt that this FM/AH/JA is glad that he's dead. He hates anyone who is a better person than he is, and let's face it. That's pretty much the whole world except for maybe Putin and Kim Jong Un.

Anybody watching the debate? I wish someone would ask them what they are going to do about a Republican Senate that will thwart most any of their ideas. This is why I don't really care how extreme or moderate the nominee will be. I just want the current occupant out of there. Gridlock will ensue, but that will be an improvement.

I'm watching. That would be a good question, and I'd like to hear the answer. As long as Republicans hold the Senate, they are going to block any and everything. But like you I am for ANYONE who can get Trump out of office.

From Julian Castro's lips to God's ears, a Democratic President, House, and Senate. Let it be! But I am not going to hold my breath.

It was nice to watch a civil debate. No name calling, no bullying, etc....It was hard tho, when time was so limited on answers. As the candidates get thinned out, hopefully, they will have more time to answer questions. I think Beto may just as well pack up & go home. Delany as well. Gabby Tulusie (sp?) didn't impress me. EW stood out & altho Amy K. was more quiet, she had some good answers & comebacks IMHO. I did like Castro & Tim Ryan seems bit blah to me...The WA governor & NYC mayor didn't really stand out to me, except for the passion of climate change for WA governor ...Looking forward to tonight.
I won't be around for a few days. We are leaving tomorrow for MT to visit son & family.
