It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. I see many minutes of cleaning between now and Thursday evening...will try to record them and post daily once the cleaning begins

Oh my oh my!! Cleaning. OK yesterday I moved my worm bin. Didn't really want to set it up again but we don't have kitchen veggie scrap recycling in our neighborhood unlike city of Portland and Beaverton too. I rode my bike up to skyline and near the top a thunderstorm broke out with rivers of water descending the hills. I had my super lightweight jacket (weight of dry cleaning plastic but sturdy) which I donned. Not totally waterproof but cuts out the wind and bounces off a fair amount of water too. It rained about 0.25 inch in a few minutes time. So I rode for 90' and walked 75' early.
