I have finally realized that I am not perfect though perfectly me. On the weight loss front I am working the weight down and learning as I go. I have found that a light lower-carb evening meal is much better for me than a high carb one so am working that into the menu most days.
Karen: I love having fresh fruit in the house though I don't eat much of it. I liked having it in the freezer but our freezer is small and filled with grains and nuts so no room for fruit

I am not that big a fruit eater but like fruit and berries. I am on board with progress not perfection. On WW I think of it as being persistent not perfect. Persistence leads to progress.

What's perfection? Does it exist? I vote for progress. Small steps in the right direction. Like the tortoise & the hare - "slow & steady wins the race". Persistence is what keeps us on that path. Go us!
