I have a book from long ago with a title that says Habits Not Diets...and it is true. I think we all know about the "light bulb-aha moment" and then it takes persistence that shows us progress to keep us motivated and moving toward the goal.

Doing the right things over & over should become habits and the healthy lifestyle we seek. Getting the motivation to begin to make those changes is what's hard to get and to sustain, but so beautiful when it's there!
