😐 Saturday was a neutral day. I made a veggie omelette for breakfast, a big salad for lunch. But leftover pasta for dinner, and I ate too much.

After your comment about the scale being up...could it be calories and not flour that is the culprit? It is an interesting experiment you are doing. Do you count calories, points or???

Sorry I didn't make it here yesterday, I was in a crummy mood and didn't feel like "talking", but at least I had a day

could it be calories and not flour that is the culprit? I had to laugh, as it is indeed the calories that are, ultimately, the culprit. Too much of any food (even the "point-free" foods) can contribute to weight gain but some foods are more likely for me to overeat. My oversized portions are generally of things like pasta or pizza. I don't feel satisfied with just one little scoop or one little slice. If I eat "off program" completely (i.e. way outside of my daily/weekly point budget) it might be pancakes at a diner (and I was doing this fairly frequently for awhile) or the hot rolls at a dinner or a "special" dessert at a festival. Maybe a big ice cream sundae on a hot day, but that's another story, one bad habit at a time, LOL! Anyway, my intention is to change my habits and to find healthier alternatives to the calorie-dense foods that I tend to overeat.

You do know what is happening and have made adjustments that will help you achieve your goal. I, too, find carbs are the culprit...unless it is wine too many days in a row
