WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you Can set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from January 1 to March 20. sleep after 2 days without it. Felt good to wake ups with a night of sleep. I wrote my Congressman to help me tell Social Security I was not disabled before 22 and thus ineligible for survivor benefits under my father's record. I asked him to help me get Disability on my record. I hope he does not consider me am cook. My record is less money but safer in this climate.Sine I live in a Section 8 apartment my rent will go down.

Off to get on the TM. Met my step goal yesterday. Will do the same today. Pretty foggy here so I will go to the towpath later.

Hello! THanks for starting us Amy! I hope you get your needs taken care of and soon!
I stayed home sick from work yesterday and that was a good move. I feel so much better today! I'll be going to the gym after work for spinning.

I got my appetite back today. feel better eating today got 10,000steps without the treadmill.Apparently my pacing adds up.
