100 Day Challenge π― If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit. After you decide what you want to work on you show up daily and post how you did with a "face" that indicates how the previous day went. YOU CAN START ANY DAY OF THIS CHALLENGE! I was browsing through the boards and came across this challenge. I might be a little late, but Iβd like to join for the rest of the 100 days.
I recently started back in the Core plan, counting point just wasnβt working for me. My focus for this challenge is to plan my meals for the day, and stick to the plan. I started doing this on June 1, itβs been working. Posting here will help keep me accountable.

π Sunday: had pancakes for breakfast, but made good choices for lunch & dinner and went for a long bike ride. I know I can do better, just have to work harder on those old habits.
