I'm IN.
Gray and misty outside; rain - but no T-storms - in the forecast.
My garden will be happy.
And it's always nice to sip coffee and watch rain... ☕☕☕...
🌿🌹🌿🌹🌿🌹🌿🌹🌿 Have a healthy-eating day, all. 🌿🌹🌿🌹🌿🌹🌿🌹🌿

Morning all! Thank you diva49 for getting us going, we really appreciate you. Sorry I didn't even check in yesterday. Mom called to help out and I went running without my iPad and didn't get back until last night. All is fine she just needed to rest so took care of dad and dog. Yay for being 99.9% done zazzles. Yikes doordie50 sounds like a total mess for you. jamescat1 that is so cool that they found such a nice house! The latest with the AC unit is....*drumroll* the new units are 3" too tall to get into attic. The boss is coming over to handle the install today. It is funny at this point. If it can go wrong it has. Motherboard on range is scheduled to go in today, still waiting to hear when washer is getting fixed. It will get done, it will get done, ohhhmmmm 🤣 Have a great day friends. ☕️☕️

diva49 , enjoy your peaceful rainy day. DebDoesWW , you bring a new dimension to Murphy's Law!! Sorry about your continuing issues and I hope things get straightened out soon---good luck with the range! Good morning. After two days of hauling, scrubbing, digging (I harvest big rocks whenever I go to plant something---welcome to the Hudson Valley), and general yard and house chores I am feeling it. I hate taking NSAIDS as they make me retain fluid (along with the inflamed muscle tissue) but I gave in last night and now have very attractive Flintstone Feet. Today will be a day of running errands. I have a long list of things that have to be picked up in a multitude of stores and since today will be rainy and stormy after noon I guess I should get going. The first rose on my new plant has bloomed. I haven't grown roses for about twenty years and was hesitant to put one in here because it can be deer candy but I did it and it's growing very nicely. Beautiful scent too. It's a climber and it will eventually go up the side of my porch on a trellis. Have a great day, everyone!

Good morning, Ladies and Gents! It's cloudy this morning after a spectacularly wonderful weekend. Monday...back to the usual. I am happy to report that I've been faithful to my eating plan for four days, so far. I feel confident about it. Hubby has been doing well, too. It does take me a lot of time to do meal planning, especially for two. MFP allowances are based on daily recommended allowances. I'm trying not to exceed any, but find eating low fat is easier for me than low carb, but I try not to exceed 100 g net carbs (total carbs minus fiber grams and any sugar alcohols). I think that's still good low carb eating, but even lower carb would not be sustainable for me. The lowest carb I could ever manage was 50 to 60 g net carb, and that wasn't sustainable beyond six months, for me. I found myself skipping fruit and veggies back then, which I didn't like to do. fullmahina, gorgeous rose! Thanks for posting the photo.

I'm in. Thanks for the start-up MJ. It's raining here which is good since everything needs a drink. We'll also get to see how well the new drainage system works. We had a nice time at the neighbor's open house and wow, their new outdoor digs are fantastic. I'm so happy for them. Today I'll try to catch up with the regular chores that got put on hold over the weekend. fullmahina, your green thumb is amazing - what a gorgeous rose! DebDoesWW, hope your appliances get fixed quickly. It's just maddening! cyndee, way to go! Wishing you continued success. Have a great day everyone!

Good morning. I’m in. I just finished breakfast (banana bread and yougrt) which I filed in the new kitchen along with my coffee and consumed in my living room while watching news. Woohoo. After I got up and pilled myself I found Missy waiting at the top of the stairs, looking at me and waiting for me to go downstaris. Good sign. I thought she wanted breakfast…no…she wanted to go up on the sink in the guest bathroom for a “sink drink.” She is gray and, I suspect, part elephant—she never forgets! Of course, after her drink she was ready for breakfast. It seems she has now gone back upstairs and probably I soon will hear yelling for HER pill. I will be heading out to my meet-up with WW friends at the meetingless studio in a couple of hours. Then back here to check up on progress with final inspection and sign-off whenever the punch list is completed. I wish everyone a great day. Stay cool; stay dry; stay safe; and, DebDoesWW, don’t let no repair people get away with anything!

zazzles, I never heard the expression "pilled myself" before. That's funny! diva49, DebDoesWW, fullmahina, cyndee, doordie50, zazzles,I was just thinking about the meal kit thread that DebDoesWW made into a sticky. Though I am not following WW anymore, I obviously see the WW SmartPoints numbers for the Blue Apron meals I've had, and will receive. I likely won't continue the subscription long-term, for monetary reasons, but I was wondering if anyone has interest in the recipes for the Blue Apron meals I've had that either my husband or I have given 5 out of 5 stars? I kept the sheets for the past meals that one or both of us gave 5 stars to. I can post these recipes (only the 5 star ones) in the Recipe forum, if people have interest. If so, I'll include both WW SmartPoints and the other nutrition information. Please let me know, if you'd like this. I'm estimating there would be about 4 to 6 recipes total.

Pretty productive today. * Got bloodwork to see where I am in the process of menopause. * Went to rheumatologist for knee pain. She put me on short dose of Prednisone and recommended compression braces-as needed. * Had breakfast with a friend from work * Picked up new meds, two neoprene braces * Got a load of laundry in the washer and have spaghetti on the menu for tonight We are leaving Wednesday to go to an antique engine show with my brother and niece. So I'll be out of town for a few days, no internet connection Off to go pack. Stay safe everyone

As a follow-up to my post above regarding Blue Apron meal recipes, I received a concern about copyright issues. Given that, I will not post such things directly on the forum, but am happy to share such information privately, upon request.

Late reply but it was extremely hot and humid in Tucson. I failed 6 a.m. group walk due to shortness of breath. I won’t try that again. I will walk on my own. They were speeding up hills. It rained while I watch the first half of NBA game so I took a great walk at halftime and have over 12000 steps today. Also I walked out of the lecture describing the various diet plans because I know that stuff really well. Instead I went back to the room and took a nice shower and got dressed for an early dinner to be able to watch the game. Priorities! DebDoesWW you are having the worst luck with the AC units. I hope they work really well when installed fullmahina beautiful perfect rose Have to go. The Raptors are closing in on the Warriors
