Nothing lost and nothing gained. However, I noticed in the mirror yesterday when changing into a swimsuit that the back fat rolls are minimizing down to almost nothing. So the scale may not be changing but I think keto plus the 5 days a week of lifting is helping to switch out some lumpy fat for leaner muscle. Or so I hope and it's not just my eyes doing some wishful thinking.

Today was my first weigh in after 8 days on my eating plan. I am happy to report a 3.4 lb loss! That is even despite a bit of an evening binge the night before yesterday, but I got back on track. I know that first week losses, back on an eating plan, are usually big. Probably lost weight is water weight, but a lot is fat.
I'm going to keep going diligently with this effort! I have already planned my eating for this weekend's Father's day bbq.

down .2 this week Total loss is 50.8 When I started I had a number in my head. I'm not quite there yet but even getting to where I am was a stretch I felt. I feel better. My clothes are so loose but I just don't have the money to replace right now so they will just have to be loose.

Mom2casey, try the thrift stores! I did some shopping at a few when I first did WW and needed new clothes but didn't want to spend the money. You can get a lot for not much money at all!

Regular Saturday workshop at 8 AM. Sparsely-attended yet again. Weekly Topic: Ace Summer Parties Coach re-hashed the last two weeks' topics with her squats / wall push-ups / draw the alphabet with your foot challenge and then wanted to know "how did you give yourself gratitude last week". Summer parties / gatherings were briefly addressed, with the standard suggestions (two-Tbsp rule, bring your own food, bring an OP dish to share, forgive yourself for overindulging). Meeting closed with the coach's request for suggestions for topics that we want to talk about. Then 8 of us went to breakfast... and talked about Many Things...
