More work today...not difficult since none took place yesterday...ah well.
Bob: I saw an interesting trailer for a movie my sister went to see in her local theater. It was about a couple that went back to farming the way it was done long ago. They have apricot lane farm now and the documentary of them taking arid overfarmed land back to healthy soil with diversity was called The Biggest Little Farm. I would love to try something like that if younger (maybe...do hate gardening) to see what would happen. Anyway...if I ever get a chance to watch it I will. Your worms made me think of the movie

Forgot...told my daughter that by the END of her visit in June if we walk every day we should be able to make the 2k walk to: lebanonuntravelled.com/hamatoura-monastery-kousba/ I won't be able to do the entire Qadisha Valley trek this trip but perhaps on her next visit?

Nice Cathy. Yesterday I did a BIG (for me )bike ride. Longest and steepest of the year over the West Hills to hwy 30 and back. Some "ramps" up to 15% and a couple stretches averaging close to 13%. 31.25 miles and 3000 feet of climbing. Counting it as 210 minutes although I took longer with some breaks. Walk early for 70'. Was thinking of increasing my speed on the downhill where there was a small dip going up. Then a deer (older fawn??) stepped out in front of me. I hit my disc brakes and slowed a bunch and then a second small deer stepped out into the road behind the first one. Might have possibly hit the second one if going fast?? I was 15 feet away after slowing down so no real problem.
