Same seared bison and arugula salad as yesterday and another side salad of grape tomatoes, kalamata olives, olive oil and feta.
Dinner last night was a tomato and romaine and blue cheese salad and sautΓ©ed mushrooms on the side. Tonight will probably be another salad.

Breakfast: Coffee w/SFCM Sugar-free Coffee Cake (Marlene Koch recipe using Splenda) Light & Fit FF Greek yogurt
Lunch: Fruit & Greek yogurt parfait w/granola topping (homemade)
Dinner: Hot dogs Buns Potato, vegetable & egg salad Fairlife FF milk
Snacks: Diet Coke Water Peaches FF Greek yogurt

B: Bran flakes, skim milk, berries, coffee with skim milk
L: One slice 647 wheat toast with spring greens, Boca vegan burger, tomato, light mayo, fresh basil, dried oregano, salt/pepper, bell pepper strips, two olives, fat free Health salad.
D: Lightened knock off of my local restaurant's whole wheat spaghetti with garlic, sundried tomatoes, chicken bits, shitake mushrooms, and tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (instead of goat cheese). Minimal EVOO. Also baby spinach topped with two sliced strawberries and Balsamic vinegar drizzle. Glass red wine.
S: Thin pretzels, spoonful of reduced fat chunky PB, one small green tea moji.
