affirmation - I use my time wisely health goal - focus on greens fitness goal - LBWO gratitude - chilly, sunny day.
I was so tired last night I was ready to hit the sack at 8pm. I forced myself to stay up so I wouldn't wake up at 4am.
I splurged and purchased a spiralizer. I've got a zucchini recipe to try today.

Good morning! Wow Lisa sounds like your spring, summer and fall are planned for you already. What kind of spiralizer did you get? Suzanne, I have a subscription to a women's fitness website and purchased a streaming video set that comes with the videos plus little podcasts about various aspects of women's health. There is a lecture from a woman on our pelvic health and she describes it as a whole complex set of anatomy that doctors are completely clueless about. Even our posture can effect it. Having a child really causes havoc and most women live the rest of their lives not even knowing what is wrong with them. Daily Affirmation - I am productive and use my time well. Fitness Report - just day 5 of my body transformation challenge. Health Goal - work hard at the M.O.G. tonight - second to last appointment. Gratitude - eye is healing up fast! Pat, what's the website? Sounds interesting. I'd like to start listening to more podcasts while working or driving. What 5 day challenge are you doing? I'm still working on BFL type challenge and I haven't gotten over the carb crave yet. Most likely because I've cheated, make sense right? Overall, I'm doing better at it. Got the fitness down pretty good. Why is it so difficult to get both wheels rolling at the same time?
