100 Day Challenge 💯 If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit. accomplished a lot within calories 2 out of 3 meals with fruit/veg exercise till sweating while cleaning
Am thinking I will continue to work the fruit/veg at every meal and do my best to choose power foods from Core/SF lists BUT will also take time to enjoy the couple of weeks with my daughter and that may include wine, sweets and other things. Hopefully the sightseeing, cleaning or whatever will counterbalance the calories.
