B: 3/4 cup Cheerios with 1/2 cup skim milk, 1/3 cup lf plain yogurt with mixed berries, 4 oz Tropicana 50 OJ, coffee w/skim milk, multivitamin.
L: Open faced tuna melt (one slice 647 wheat, 2 oz tuna salad, 1 slice 2% milk American slice), grape tomatoes, cucumber slices, spring greens, yogurt dressing, hard-boiled egg
D: Flat iron steak slices, mushroom and onion saute, baby spinach, balsamic vinegar, saute of sliced zucchini and grape tomatoes, (small glass red wine?).
S: Espresso, Cherry Coke Zero, fresh fruit salad, (something else that may serve as breakfast tomorrow?)
