Walk off the weight: aim for 10,000 steps a day. Take the stairs and get off one tram stop earlier to ensure you're getting your heart rate up every day.
Pack healthy snacks when you go out: swap crisps and biscuits for fresh fruit.
Do you try to get in 10,000 steps? Do you have a FitBit or some other way to track them?
What do you choose for healthy snacks?
Today is Flag Day. Do you fly a flag? Are there any Flag Day celebrations where you live?

Daughter is here Long night Long day to look forward to
No idea if there is a flag day in Lebanon...and...flying an American flag in Lebanon might be dangerous to one's health?
Don't go out often but should pack healthy snacks when I do - perhaps would put in an anpple and nuts?

10,000 steps - I don't have a fit bit type tracker, but during one month each year when the school district does a fitness promotion, I use a basic pedometer - I always get at least 10,000 steps during the M-F work week, but only around half that on weekends when I'm not working.
Snacks - If I'd need to do so, I'd probably choose something like a granola bar type item. I know, some are no better than candy bars, but I think there are some decent ones out there.
I'm not aware of any flag day celebrations here.

I have a fitbit tracker, I haven't worn it in a while. I have had quite a bit of trouble getting the little charging thing to work, I have bought 3 or 4 of the chargers & they all get to where the spring-like fastener on the thing won't hold on to the watch, therefore it won't charge it. I have been thinking about getting a new fit bit with a different type of charger. I had mine set on 8000 steps per day & even that was hard some days.
Snacks, I often carry a banana with me or some low fat crackers or granola bar.
I don't know of any flag day celebrations, I used to have one of those flag poles that hung out over the front porch, I would display different flags for different seasons, holidays, etc. I would always alternate with the American flag, Alas the flag pole broke & I haven't gotten a new one. Now, I only have a small American flag that I display by sticking it in one of my hanging baskets on the porch. Both DH & BIL are Vietnam Vets, so they do like to see the flag displayed.

I don't get in the 10,000 steps. I used to come close. I had a FitBit that clipped on my clothes, but they don't make them any more. However my cell phone has an app that will track my steps as long as I carry it on me.
I don't usually take snacks when I go out. At home I'll choose fruit and nuts for a snack.
I don't know of any specific Flag Day celebrations around here either, however I read in the newspaper that a city group called the Downtowners Association is having a small ceremony at their meeting today. I don't have a flag to fly.

I wear a fitbit everyday. I have gotten 10,000 steps a day for almost 2 1/2 years (Oct 2016). Right now, I have 7,600 steps on my fitbit (at 8:30am) thanks to the hour walk at 6am. Planning on taking a walk at lunch as it has cooled down here so shouldn't be a problem to get in 10,000 steps today.
I have granola bars and bottled water always with me in the car. If I think ahead and know I might need a snack, I will grab an apple, banana or grapes.
I have a flag, but don't currently have a holder for it. Our city usually displays flags along the downtown streets, but I didn't see any this morning on my way to work.

Happy flag day! Not flying one!
I don’t get 10,000 steps in, but I do try to increase my steps everyday. I do wear my Fitbit everyday.
I don’t take a snack usually, but I do take liquids.
