is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some
stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or
spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being
active for you!
* Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal.
* You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily.
