B: coffee L: turkey burger on Sola bun w/mustard, cheese and pickles; herb-ox broth D: making ham steaks and I think I'll do a stir fry with cauliflower rice for me (mashed potatoes and baked beans for the boys- their standard "ham meal" lol)

Whipped garden veggie cream cheese (bagel day at work but skipped the bagel) Baked chicken breast with pizza toppings. Ham and cream cheese roll ups.
