S - Usual coffee B - Tomato sammy S - Peach L - Cheese and crackers (Cabot 50% cheddar for me), raw veggies w/light dips D - Ribs, London broil, baked sweet potatoes, grilled corn, heirloom tomato salad, wine E - Bike ride, yard work

We're having a cook out for Father's day.
B: Low fat blueberry breakfast cake, small amount lf plain yogurt with berries, 1/2 cup Tropicana 50 OJ, coffee w/skim milk.
L: Grilled lean hamburger with lettuce, tomato, onion, and catsup on a bun, light cole slaw.
D: Grilled hot dog either without a bun or on a low carb bun with catsup and India relish, cole slaw, tomato, other raw veggie.
S: Probably a small portion of some sweet spot.
