LaDonna Family dramacan be draining. Some days that stuff just gets the best of you. You have the right attitude-- tomorrow -- the day can be better.
Thx you for your prayers for my friend, her sister, and her family. It's incomprehensible.
Warning lifted. Skies cleared. Needed to "do" something constructive. Went to W M to check out insect repellant & a new rain suit for me. Scored some heavy duty "Off.". Can not gave enough bug juice in Canada.
Had a nice cup of tea & dish of fresh strawberries. Bypassed any urge to soothe myself a/ chocolate or a sweet from WM.
Thx you for letting me share. It just all got to me.

La Donna, I hope the family drama works itself out. Someone this week suggested using the Serenity Prayer instead of food or alcohol to soothe ourselves in times of stress.
June, we never understand why some people and families have tragedy raining on them. It is inexplicable.
I’ve emptied my suitcases. Using clear plastic storage bags made it so easy to separate white light colored sand shark colored’s as far as clothes for laundry. DH is cooking the ribs and working in the garden. Really Belle thinks I should continue to give her a deep tissue massage and barks at me if I stop.
