B: coffee L: "bombers" and salad (bombers are whole jalapenos, cap off stuff in a string cheese, wrap in seasoned ground beef and wrapped in bacon -bake at 400f until cooked through and the bacon is crisp) D: not sure, might try the "real good" uncured pepperoni pizza I picked up because Kroger has them on sale buy 1 get 1 free this week ( real good foods company )

Oh my! I just saw some photos from my 30th high school reunion that I attended. I looked way bigger than I even realized. I had a bit of an "off" day yesterday because of my family's Father's day picnic, but I'm going to be back on track now.
B: Two Nutrigrain whole grain low fat Eggo waffles with a tsp reduced fat PB and a tsp raspberry jam on each. Also 1/3 cup low fat plain yogurt with fresh berries, 4 oz Tropicana 50 OJ and coffee with skim milk.
L: One hot dog (on low carb roll) with mustard, grape tomatoes and cucumbers.
D: Baby spinach salad with grilled shrimp, clementine, roasted pecans, and balsamic drizzle.
S: Espresso, 2 slices 647 wheat low cal/high carb bread with teeny amount of Smart Balance light spread and Truvia and cinnamon.
Totals for the day: 996 calories, 137 grams carbs (34 grams fiber), 42 grams total fat (9 g saturated fat), 52 grams protein, 1,969 mg sodium, 50 grams total sugars (some as sugar alcohols).
Light calorie day, but that will be good considering yesterday.

Ok bombers will wait until tomorrow, DH wants Mexican food for fathers day so I'll probably get fajitas w/guacamole, sour cream and extra peppers and onions -no sides
